This unusual chamber wedding ceremony for this extraordinary couple took place in Copenhagen at the Royal Lapidarium (Kongernes Lapidarium), which is located in the Christian IV brewery, an amazing old building that has its own history.
What is a Lapidarium? This is the Royal collection of sculptures, statues and monuments collected from all over the country. Many of these statues stood in gardens and palaces belonging to the kings of Denmark.
There are 384 sculptures made of stone and plaster, some of which are more than 400 years old.
After the ceremony, we walked along the Nyhavn canal.
Undoubtedly, this is the best place in Copenhagen. Bright colored houses immediately raise the mood. The riot of colors is reflected in the water between the boats and ships.
